Looking for a quick, delicious breakfast to use up your summer peaches? Try this creamy, peach-strawberry smoothie! It’s paleo, vegan, and super easy!
I’ve officially completed my first week of teaching, and it is even crazier than I thought it would be! Unfortunately, blog posts will be less frequent as I figure out how to balance work, the blog, and life. I’ve been waking up at 5 AM to get to school on time, and waking up that early definitely warrants a hearty breakfast! I usually have a hard-boiled egg or two and either a smoothie or chia pudding. Peaches have been on sale at Kroger for the last month or two, and they’ve been delicious! This peach-strawberry smoothie was awesome — so I’m excited to share the recipe with you all!
